- Make sure the cartridge is screwed in straight and is fully screwed in so it is firmly seated. You can tell if it is screwed in as you can barely see any of the thread and it is firm and straight. If you are worried at all unscrew the cartridge and rescrew it back in. It won’t go off with you taking the cartridge in and out as the keyball needs to be pulled out to puncture the cartridge. Page 22 and 25 (Manual)
- Please use the saddle strap provided or a strong attachment to the saddle as you don’t want the attachment breaking before the vest goes off.
- If you have been unfortunate enough to inflate the vest and had to change the cartridge you will have used the tool kit- A setting bolt and Allan key. Make sure you remove the setting bolt after used otherwise the vest will not activate pg 24 (manual)
